- Handle with care, especially around the rim and stem areas.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring boiling liquids into cold glassware, as this may cause cracking.
- While some glassware may be dishwasher safe, engraved designs are best preserved through gentle hand washing only.
- Store glassware upright in a secure location to avoid chips or scratches.

+ REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At JM Luxe Giftware, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our personally engraved gifts. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Personalised & Engraved Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or customer error (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect date provided at the time of order).
Recommendation: Please double-check all spelling, initials, and dates carefully before finalising your order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We want your special day to be perfect. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., glass breakage during transit) or if there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
To lodge a claim, please email us at jmluxegiftware@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once verified, we will prioritise a replacement for you at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund for the item will be issued.
3. Order Cancellations
Because we begin the design and engraving process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once the engraving process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Each piece is individually engraved by hand. Engraving placement may vary slightly from sample images. Proper care will help preserve the engraving and maintain the luxurious appearance of your glass.
Please ensure all spelling, dates, initials, and custom details are entered correctly before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be amended once engraved, and any customer-entered errors will be at the customer’s expense.
