• Do not soak glassware for extended periods.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a soft lint-free cloth to help prevent water spots.
• Handle with care, especially around the rim and stem areas.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring boiling liquids into cold glassware, as this may cause cracking.
• While some glassware may be dishwasher safe, engraved designs are best preserved through gentle hand washing only.
• Store glassware upright in a secure location to avoid chips or scratches.

• Hand wash only with warm, soapy water
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers to protect the coating
• Dry thoroughly after wiping down
• Return undamaged to receive your refund
